Food Vendors

Food Vendors are to provide their own food grade hose and electrical cords. The event will have the availability of water and electricity. You must obtain your own health permit/application.

Insurance Verbage, Certificate of Insurance, Additionally Insured: Please have your insurance company send a certificate of insurance and list as additionally insured: NAOBF, Roots Organic Brewing Co., and the City of Portland.

All Vendors

Company Concession Booth Terms of Operation: All vendors shall furnish and install, at his/her own expense, the concession booth and any other equipment needed for the operation of his/her concession. Vendors shall ensure that the construction of such booths allow safety of all festival patrons. Vendor shall make sure that the booth is supported to avoid being blown by the wind (if applicable) and will be responsible for any damage as a result or failure thereof.

Indemnification: To the Fullest extent permitted by law, you (the vendor) shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless, the 2009 North American Organic Brewers Festival and Roots Organic Brewing Company, and their respective employees, directors, officers, agents, volunteers and other persons acting on their behalf from and against any and all claims, actions, suits causes of action, or demands which arise or are in any way connected with the acts or commissions of you, your employees, directors, officials', agents, volunteers or persons acting on your behalf. I agree to abide by the vendor rules and regulations of the North American Organic Brewers Festival I understand that I may not be asked to participate in future North American Organic Brewers Festival events if I am in violation of North American Organic Brewers Festival policies.
